Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer free shipping for product amounts over $75.
Orders placed before 12pm will be sent the following business day. 

Faulty products carry the full manufacturer’s warranty and as such will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer’s policy. If you change your mind, returned products carry a 15% re-stocking fee if complete, unopened and in original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health regulations.

Equipment is sent through Australia Post and is bound by their delivery time frame and terms. All products are sent with a tracking number.

Machines do not include insurance in shipping but we are happy to price it and add it on if you require.

Some manufacturers have 14-30 day return options. Please ask us before you purchase if it applies to your products. Return shipping cost to CPAPCARE is paid by the customer.

Any products with a warranty issue need to be returned to CPAPCARE at the customers expense if being shipped.
